Jeremy Abrams Departs Foley to Launch Tax Boutique in New Jersey

Former Foley & Lardner attorney Jeremy Abrams has launched his own tax-focused law firm in Jersey City, N.J., Abrams announced Wednesday.

Abrams Tax Law focuses on state and local tax, unclaimed property, and IRS disputes. Abrams was hired as of counsel at Foley in 2023.

Abrams, a Bloomberg Industry Group state tax advisory board member,previously headed the state and local tax controversy and global legislative and policy function at Nike Inc.
