IRS Releases Drafts of Territorial 2026 Forms W-2

Drafts of the 2026 Forms W-2 for American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands were released Sept. 17 by the Internal Revenue Service.

The draft forms for American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands contain the same changes as the second draft of the standard 2026 Form W-2, including new Box 14b for Treasury tipped occupation codes and new Box 12 codes for One Big Beautiful Bill Act provisions.
