Minimum wages for India’s central sphere effective Oct. 1 are unchanged from the amounts effective April 1, its Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner said.
Central sphere minimum wages, excluding those based on piecework, continue to range from 465 Indian rupees (US$5.29) to 1,065 Indian rupees, the office said in its Sept. 25 notice.
