Global Investigations Lawyer Heads to Boies Schiller in DC

Kathleen Shannon joined Boies Schiller Flexner as a partner in its global investigations and white collar defense team and international private client practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Thursday.

Shannon has previously worked as a senior advisor and counsel in the Executive Office of the President, where she focused on legal compliance, internal controls, and investigations. She has represented clients before regulators and enforcement officials, including advising corporations and individuals in congressional investigations and inquiries, the firm said.
