The hourly minimum wage in Flagstaff, Arizona, will rise to $18.35 for all covered employees, according to a Sept. 11 news release from the city.
The minimum wage in 2025 is $17.85 for nontipped employees and $16.85 for tipped employees. Starting in 2026, though, the minimum wage for tipped employees equals the rate for nontipped employees, according to the news release.
Flagstaff annually adjusts its minimum wage based on changes to the consumer price index, which increased by 2.9%, according to the news release.
The city has yet to release an updated minimum wage poster for 2026.
