Deloitte UK Opens New Tech Centers to Develop Business Software

Deloitte is launching four new technology centers in the UK, bringing together about 750 existing staff initially, with plans to double in size to 1,500 people over three years.

The centers, which open in June, are located in Belfast, Cardiff, Manchester, and Newcastle. They will concentrate on developing business software using technology such as artificial intelligence, the Big Four accounting firm said Monday.

Deloitte said it’s responding to increased client demand for business solutions and technology expertise in the UK. The firm plans to launch technical training programs to teach new staff.
