Deere to Seek New CFO as Jepsen Departs for Honeywell Aerospace

Deere & Co., the world’s biggest farm machinery maker, has started a search for a chief financial officer after Josh Jepsen resigned to join Honeywell Aerospace in the same role.

Jepsen’s departure, which will take effect Feb. 19, is “not related to any financial or accounting issue or any disagreement,” Deere said in a Thursday filing. Ryan Campbell, president of the worldwide construction and forestry division, will serve as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is made.
