Baker Tilly’s UK Arm MHA Buys Sister Firm in Southeast Europe

The UK arm of Baker Tilly International said Monday it had completed the acquisition of its sister firm in southeast Europe as it looks to build its presence on the continent.

MHA said in a press release that it had paid 24 million euros ($28 million) for Baker Tilly South-East Europe, which has offices in five countries, including Greece and Cyprus. The UK firm announced its intention to buy the firm in May, shortly after it went public on the London Stock Exchange to raise expansion capital.
