Alvarez & Marsal Launches New Tax Team in Saudi Arabia

Alvarez & Marsal has expanded its Tax Practice in Saudi Arabia with the launch of a dedicated transfer pricing and Pillar Two advisory offering, the firm said Monday.

The new capability provides clients with comprehensive support across transfer pricing policy design, documentation, compliance, dispute resolution, tax structuring, and BEPS Pillar Two advisory, the company said in a release. This move marks the next phase of growth for A&M’s Saudi Tax practice, which was established in September 2025.
