Aerovironment 10-Q Requires Restatement

AeroVironment’saudit committee stated that the company’s 10-Q for the three and nine months ended January 31, 2026 requires restatement due to an error in the calculation in the goodwill impairment analysis of its Space unit.

  • Incremental goodwill impairment charge relates to previously disclosed stop-work order and subsequent termination of the company’s agreement with the US government for the delivery of BADGER systems to support the SCAR program
    • Does not relate to updated estimates of long-term cash flows of the Space unit in the goodwill impairment analysis
  • Loss from operations understated by $89.4m for three and nine months ended January ...
