Adler Pollock & Sheehan Hires Kristen Alberione as Tax Counsel

Kristen Alberione joined Adler Pollock & Sheehan as senior counsel in its tax practice in Providence, R.I., the firm announced Friday.

Alberione advises businesses and individuals in navigating complex IRS and state tax matters, including audits, appeals, and collection issues. Her practice areas include federal and state tax resolution, corporate tax, partnership tax and tax exempt entities, the firm said.

She has held senior private sector roles involving audit oversight, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and financial modeling. She joins from a boutique tax law firm in Providence.
