WFW Promotes Tax Specialist Alfredo Guacci Esposito to Counsel

Alfredo Guacci Esposito was promoted to counsel at Watson Farley & Williams in Milan, the firm announced Thursday.

Guacci Esposito assists domestic and international clients on corporate matters including VAT, transfer pricing, stock option plans, insolvency procedures, and restructuring transactions. He advises on M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, particularly in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on finance and real estate tax. Guacci Esposito also handles tax litigation and pre-litigation matters, including tax assessments and settlement procedures.

Six other lawyers were also promoted to counsel.
