Romney ‘Very Optimistic’ About GOP Votes for Infrastructure Plan

Senator Mitt Romney says he is “very optimistic” that at least 10 fellow Republicans will support a bipartisan infrastructure plan he is helping to negotiate.

• Romney tells reporters the text of the plan will “probably” be released Wednesday
• Romney says the plan’s topline is $579 billion, and it includes $578 billion in pay-fors
