Poland Enacts EU Crypto-Asset, Global Tax Filing Directives

Poland enacted a law adopting EU directives on the automatic exchange of crypto transaction information and a centralized reporting regime for the global minimum tax.

The Polish Finance Ministry announced Wednesday that President Karol Nawrocki signed the law adopting amendments to the EU’s Directive on Administrative Cooperation, which dictates how tax information is exchanged within the bloc.

The law will come into effect the day after it’s published.
