Proxy adviser PIRC is supporting the OIP Trust and Greater Manchester Pension Fund in their filing of a shareholder proposal at Amazon.com Inc., calling on the company to disclose global tax practices and risks to investors.

- They say investors need “greater transparency” to evaluate the sustainability of Amazon’s growth
- AkademikerPension has pre-declared its intention to vote in favor of the shareholder proposal
