The Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) announced that in alignment with the IRS, the OTC has adopted income tax relief for individuals and businesses in Cleveland, Creek, Lincoln, Oklahoma, Pawnee, and Payne counties affected by recent wildfires and straight-line winds. Affected taxpayers will not incur interest or penalties on 2024 income taxes originally due April 15, 2025, or 2025 estimated payments due April 15, June 16, and Sept. 15, provided all required returns are filed and any tax due is remitted by the extended Nov. 3, 2025, deadline.
