House Ways and Means Committee Republicans are kicking their tax bill planning into a higher gear this week, after the GOP squeaked through a high-level budget framework last week.

Members on the House panel told reporters last week that they expect weekly meetings in the coming weeks to discuss what may be in the committee’s tax-focused portion of the budget instructions.
