Kenya is seeking input on a pair of draft rules on its global minimum tax and on its advance pricing agreement tax dispute resolution mechanism.
The Kenyan Revenue Authority issued draft rules Monday providing additional guidance on the country’s minimum top-up tax and on how companies can get advance pricing agreements to avoid future tax disputes with tax authorities.
Comments are due by Dec. 2.
