Publication 15-B, Employer’s Tax Guide to Fringe Benefits, updated to reflect the business mileage rate for 2019, the monthly exclusions for qualified parking and commuter highway vehicle transportation and transit passes for 2019, and health FSA amounts for 2019. Employers are also reminded of changes to moving expense and bicycle commuting reimbursements, as well as changes to withholding on supplemental wages, as made by the 2017 tax act, Pub. L.
