The IRS issued announced tax relief for individuals and businesses in the entire state of Tennessee affected by severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, and flooding. Beginning April 2, taxpayers have until Nov. 3, to file various federal individual and business tax returns and make tax payments.
