IRS Form: Like-Kind Exchange Reporting (IRC §1031)

Form 8824, Like-Kind Exchanges, released September 26 to reflect the changes made to tax code Section 1031 under the 2017 tax act (Pub. L. No. 115-97). The updated form notes that, in general, only real property is eligible for like-kind exchange treatment. [IRS Form 8824]
