Ireland’s competent authority is seeing a growing number of advance pricing agreement cases between its country and the US, an Irish government official said Wednesday.
There is growing demand from companies for certainty in tax and transfer pricing arrangements, said John Bradley, a principal officer at the Irish Office of Revenue Commissioners.
“We’re seeing a growing inventory of APA cases between Ireland and US in particular,” he added in remarks at a Boston event hosted by the International Fiscal Association’s USA and Ireland branches.
