The Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) adopted new rules establishing the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Production Tax Credit Program to incentivize businesses to produce sustainable aviation fuel from Iowa feedstock. The regulations implement statutory changes and set eligibility requirements, application procedures, and tax credit calculation methods for certain businesses that produce sustainable aviation fuel.
