Former IRS Criminal Unit Chief Guy Ficco to Join Kostelanetz

Guy Ficco, the ex-chief of the IRS crime unit, is joining Kostelanetz LLP as a senior investigator, the firm announced Friday.

Ficco, the most recent chief of the IRS criminal investigation’s unit and a career IRS-CI employee, exited the agency in April after a turbulent year for the IRS. He took over as head of the IRS enforcement arm in April 2024, overseeing over 3,000 employees.
