The Finnish finance ministry is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to domestic legislation implementing a global minimum tax for large corporate groups.
The proposed amendments under a public consultation announced Thursday would implement the OECD’s administrative guidelines of June 2024 and January 2025.
The changes include rules on the recognition and reconciliation of deferred taxes, and adjustments to transitional safe harbors designed to temporarily ease compliance burdens, among others.
