The Dutch Finance Ministry is seeking public comments on a proposal to support fledgling companies in the Netherlands by granting employees a lower, deferred tax payment on their stock options.
In a draft consultation published Wednesday, the Dutch government said that after consultation with startup and scale-up companies, it came up with two tax measures to “enhance the business climate” of the Netherlands for these firms.
