The husband of former Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.) is accusing the IRS of violating his privacy during an investigation of his alleged misuse of pandemic relief programs.
Cortney Merritts told the US District Court of the District of Columbia Monday that the IRS improperly disclosed his tax return information in the docket of a criminal case it is pursuing against him.
