The legality of a system for adjudicating violations at the Labor Department is again being challenged in federal court by an employer hiring workers on seasonal visas.

An investigation into alleged wage and hour violations by an Owensboro, Ky. composting business should be halted because the DOL administrative law judge system is unconstitutional, a complaint filed this week in the Eastern District of Kentucky argues.
