Carbon Border Adjustment On Table, Biden’s Climate Chief Says

The Biden administration is not ruling out a border adjustment tariff levied on carbon-intensive imports as a way to combat global warming, White House National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy tells the Bloomberg Sustainable Business Summit.
