Bulgaria Tax Agency Announces Information on Q3 2025 Tax Returns

The Bulgarian National Revenue Agency Oct. 24 announced information on Q3 2025 tax returns. The announcement includes that: 1) companies and self-insured persons who paid income to individuals under non-employment legal relationships, such as from rent or other sources, and are required by law to withhold advance tax on them, must submit an electronic declaration by Oct. 31 for taxes due for Q3 2025; 2) individuals must also declare taxes due if the company or self-insured person that pays the income isn’t required to withhold and remit tax; 3) the final taxes on income from dividends and liquidation shares distributed ...
