Brazil Gazettes Decree Promulgating Second Protocol to DTA With Chile

The Brazilian Official Gazette Sept. 10 published Legislative Decree No. 196, promulgating the second protocol to the 2001 DTA with Chile, signed March 3, 2022. The decree enters into force the same date. [Brazil, Official Gazette, 09/10/25]
