Booz Allen Calls Kelcy Warren’s Discovery Bid ‘Shot in the Dark’

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. took issue with Energy Transfer LP Executive Chairman Kelcy Warren’s discovery complaints in a case over former contractor Charles Littlejohn’s leak of IRS records, saying the firm already has produced tens of thousands of pages of documents while Warren has submitted little.

Warren’s accusations that Booz Allen is withholding discovery are meritless and stem from his own failure to confer with the company, the management consulting services firm told Magistrate Judge Gina L. Simms of the US District Court for the District of Maryland Tuesday.
