Argentina’s government obtained a total of $22.165 billion deposited in special bank accounts in the first stage of a tax amnesty program, tax office ARCA said in an emailed statement Thursday.
- Argentines also declared $9.986 billion in other assets such as real estate and vehicles
- $98 million digital currencies were declared
