Washington DOR Issues Excise Tax Information on East Wenatchee City Business License Endorsement Requirements, Fees

The Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) Jan. 1 issued information on business license endorsement requirements and fees for the city of East Wenatchee, for excise tax purposes. The DOR provides that the city imposes: 1) a variable fee for non-resident business license applications, home businesses, and general business licenses in the city; 2) a $5 fee to register a business name as a trade name; and 3) no state tax registration fees.
