The Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to regulations regarding forest land values and timber excise tax stumpage value tables. The amendments update forest land values for property tax purposes for 2026 and provide updated stumpage values for calculating timber excise tax from Jan. 1 through June 30, 2026. The regulations also include harvest value adjustments and provisions for damaged timber. The amendments took effect Feb. 24, 2026. [Wash. Dep’t of Revenue, Regs.
