U.S. Virgin Islands Tax Agency Announces Amnesty Program

The U.S. Virgin Islands Inland Revenue Department Nov. 13 announced that a 90-day tax amnesty program, which runs until Feb. 17, 2026, is now open for taxpayers with certain delinquent taxes. The tax amnesty program: 1) applies to corporate income and individual income taxes, up to the 2023 tax year; 2) applies to gross receipts tax, up to December 2023; and 3) waives interest and penalties for taxpayers that pay their delinquent balance.
