Rhode Island DOT Releases Draft Form RI-1120C, Combined Group Member Schedule

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation Nov. 25 released a draft of Form RI-1120C, Combined Group Member Schedule, for corporate income and individual income tax purposes. The schedule must be filed with the form. Taxpayers must list the name, federal employer identification number, and address for each combined group member.
