Ohio Department of Taxation Issues Sales and Use Tax Filing Deadline Reminder

The Ohio Department of Taxation Dec. 15 issued a reminder to all sales and use tax practitioners and taxpayers that the November 2023 monthly sales tax returns are due Dec. 26. Tax returns must be filed for each period the account is active. Taxpayers must submit their returns and payments electronically via the Ohio Business Gateway. Alternatively, taxpayers may file sales tax returns for county vendor’s licenses through TeleFile by calling the number provided in the reminder.
