The New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division Nov. 10 decided to modify the Supreme Court’s partial denial of the city of Schenectady’s summary judgment motion in a property tax lien foreclosure case. The city commenced the proceeding and moved in the supreme court for default and summary judgments against Taxpayers. Certain Taxpayers redeemed.
