New Jersey Historic Diners Could Get a Tax Break Under New Bill

New Jersey lawmakers advanced a new tax relief measure aimed at helping the state keeping its reputation as the “diner capital of the world.”

The proposed “Saving Our Diners and Protecting Our Past (SODA POP) Act”, A6283/S4954, would offer tax benefits to historic diners and restaurants that are registered with the state.
