Mexico Gazettes List of Taxpayers Issuing Invalid Invoices

The Mexican Official Gazette Sept. 12 published Order Nos. 500-05-2025-20305, 500-05-2025-20320, and 500-05-2025-20321, listing corporate and individual taxpayers that issued tax invoices without having the assets, personnel, infrastructure, or material capacity to provide the goods or services supporting those invoices. Listed taxpayers have 15 business days from the last date of notification to appeal their designation by submitting evidence verifying the existence of operations related to the invoices.
