The Louisiana Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted a rule regarding installment agreements for tax payments. The regulation allows the payment of the installment agreement and reinstatement fee to be paid in installments. The regulation took effect July 20. [La. Dep’t of Revenue, Reg. 61:I.4919, 07/20/25]
