Justice Thomas Ducks Referral to Attorney General on Ethics (2)

The federal judiciary won’t act on a pair of separate requests to refer members of the US Supreme Court to the attorney general for potential violations of federal ethics law, according to letters released Thursday.

Judge Robert Conrad, the director of the Administrative Office of the US Courts, said in the letters that Justices Clarence Thomas and Ketanji Brown Jackson had filed amended financial disclosure statements to address issues mentioned in the referral requests.
