Vadim Novik joined Fried Frank as a tax partner in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Novik’s practice concentrates on advising businesses on technical tax issues related to capital markets, derivatives transactions and financial products. He will support the firm’s structured products work and asset management practice, including guiding hedge fund clients on structured trades and tax-driven strategies, the firm said.
He previously held senior roles at JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley
