The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the rules regarding tax credit programs, including the new Home Away From Home Tax Credit program. The amendments update rules for administering various tax credit programs and create a new rule for the Home Away From Home Tax Credit. Comments on the proposed rule are due by Nov. 3.
