Charlotte Witherington joined Cooley as a partner in its London financial services enforcement and regulatory group, the firm announced Tuesday.
Witherington’s practice focuses on the intersection of cutting-edge tech and financial services, spanning payments, fintech, crypto-assets, banking and investment regulation. She represents investment banks, asset managers, private equity and venture capital investors, fintechs, payments companies and major corporates, the firm said.
She joins from Taylor Wessing.
