Colorado DOR Proposes Repealing Regulation on Municipal Sales, Use Tax Reporting Forms

The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) is proposing to repeal a regulation regarding municipal sales and use tax reporting forms because the corresponding statutory section mandating this form was repealed in Senate Bill 24-025.
