Citi Debt Capital Markets Head Zogheb Retires After Four Decades

Citigroup Inc.’s global head of debt capital markets, Richard Zogheb, is retiring after four decades at the firm.

The bank is elevating North America DCM head John McAuley to co-lead its global debt unit along with Chris Munro, who is joining from Bank of America Corp., according to an internal memo to staff from financing head Achintya Mangla Thursday. A spokesperson for the firm confirmed the contents of the memo.
