Jason Graham joined Baker Botts as a partner in its tax department in Dallas, the firm announced on Thursday.
Graham represents multinational companies on cross-border tax matters involving internal restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and financing transactions, the firm said. He also has experience representing private equity funds.
He joins the firm from Baker McKenzie.
