The Alabama Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to a rule regarding the mandatory electronic filing of fiduciary income tax returns. This rule is updated to align with the recent federal update to the return e-file requirement, which reduces the minimum number of returns a taxpayer may file without being required to file them electronically.
